Will you supply to me outside the UK?
Absolutely, using our Australian or North American sister companies. If there's no strange and unforeseen circumstance, we are in a great position to supply you wherever you are in the world.
Can I purchase your products online?
Not right now. The range of metal tin packaging we can offer is simply too wide to be able to list and sell online. We prefer the results that great customer service can give. Trust us on that one, we're good!
What is the minimum order size?
For the majority of products, we can supply minimum order quantities of 3,000pcs for unprinted and 5,000pcs for printed tins. We must stress that we may not be able to supply certain products in quantities less than 3,000 pieces. The majority of our customers are large volume manufacturers and fillers. We often hold a small amount of stock, but many items are made to order and are customer specific. We promise to do our best to get you what you need.
Can you print or decorate my tins and bottles?
Yes, with pleasure. Please provide the artwork or colour sample (or both). We will provide a print layout or die line drawing for your designer to work with. There will be a one off charge for the production of emboss tooling.
How is my product shipped and how long will it take to get to me?
Lead times for delivery are approximately eight weeks from the date of order. We use a variety of carriers and will help to organize the best options for you and work with any of your specific shipping requests. However, we do not have any control of Australian customs and delays are sometimes inevitable
